After creating the background for this piece, I looked through my folder of hand-painted collage papers and found one that made me think of the fur of a grizzly bear I know they are formidable creatures but this one looks quite friendly and content!
The original for this grizzly bear art print was an acrylic painting with collage. I use a wide variety of techniques to creat the shapes, lines and textures. The collage papers are also hand-painted.
